Who we are

Everyday Workings, LLC ("we", "us") makes Body Ledger: Peptide, TRT, and Supplement Tracker. This policy explains what information the App handles, why, and your choices. Contact us at Stefan@EverydayWorkings.com or 7901 4th Street N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

Information stored on your device

Your vials, dose logs, protocols, check-ins, notes, calculation history, settings and progress photos are stored on your device. If you do not create an account, this information stays on your device unless you choose to export it (backup file, PDF, CSV or share link).

If you create an account

We collect your email address and, if you sign in with Apple or Google, the basic profile details they share (such as name and email). With an account, your app records (vials, dose logs and corrections, protocols, check-ins, settings other than your PIN) are synced to our cloud database so you can restore them on a new device. Progress photos stay on your device and are not synced. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to your account.

AI features

When you use label reading, protocol import or record questions, the photo or text you submit, and for record questions a summary of your records, is sent to our AI service provider to produce the result. We do not use this content to advertise to you, and our provider processes it to return the result to you.

Apple Health and Health Connect

If you turn this on in Settings, the App reads your weight, body fat and sleep from Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) to fill in your check-ins, and saves the weight you enter back to it. The App does not write doses there. Information from Apple Health or Health Connect is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never shared with third parties except as needed to sync your own check-ins to your account. You can turn this off at any time in Settings or in your phone's health settings.

How we use information

Only to operate, secure, sync and improve the App, respond to you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your health-related entries for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, database, authentication and AI processing. They may process information only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention and deletion

Synced data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and its cloud data from the Account page in the App (More → Account & cloud sync), or by emailing us; we delete it within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep it. Data on your device is removed when you delete the App.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, and you can add a PIN, Face ID or fingerprint lock. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Email us to make a request; we will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The App is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above; material changes will be shown in the App.
