Body Ledger

Refund Policy

Everyday Workings, LLC ยท Last updated October 10, 2026

Refunds are a reviewed option, not an automatic one. Every request is read by an authorized administrator of Body Ledger and decided on its own facts, and no refund is guaranteed because the billing terms were accepted before payment was taken.

Scope of this policy

This policy explains how Everyday Workings, LLC ("we", "us") handles refund requests for paid Body Ledger: Peptide, TRT, and Supplement Tracker Pro subscriptions and other payments made on our website. It works alongside the "Subscriptions, free trial and billing" section of our Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores and are covered in the section "Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play" below.

Payments are normally final

When you started a free trial or bought Pro, you accepted the billing terms shown at checkout: a payment method is kept on file, your subscription renews automatically at the published price at the start of every period, and it keeps renewing until you cancel. We also send a reminder by email and in the app about 2 days before the first charge. Because those terms were accepted before payment was taken, a completed charge for a period in which Pro was available to you is normally kept. Canceling stops future charges; on its own it does not refund a period you have already paid for.

Refunds are reviewed, not guaranteed

We do offer refunds as a reviewed option. Every request is read and decided by an authorized administrator of Body Ledger, and each one is judged on its own facts. A request is not an approval: granting a refund is at our sole discretion, and no refund is guaranteed. We will always tell you the outcome and the main reason for it. Nothing in this policy limits any right you cannot give up under the consumer law of the place where you live; where that law requires a refund, we honor it.

How to request a refund

Email us at Stefan@EverydayWorkings.com from the email address on your account. Please include the date and amount of the charge, the last 4 digits of the card used or the store order number, a short description of what happened, and what you would like us to do. Send the request within 30 days of the charge date. We may ask for more information, and we will answer within 5 business days.

What we consider when reviewing

There is no fixed checklist, and meeting one factor does not guarantee approval. In general we look at whether Pro was actually available and usable for you during the paid period; whether the charge was a duplicate, was for the wrong amount, or was taken after a cancellation we should have honored; whether a technical problem stopped you from using the features you paid for and could not be resolved; how quickly you contacted us after the charge; whether the same charge is already being disputed with your bank or store; and whether your account has a history of repeated refund requests.

Requests we normally decline

We usually decline requests where you changed your mind after using Pro, where you missed the renewal reminder that was sent to you, where you expected a result the app never promised (it is a tracking and calculation tool, not medical advice or a treatment outcome), where the request arrives long after the charge without a reason for the delay, where you have already opened a bank dispute on the same charge, or where refund requests are made repeatedly on the same account.

If your refund is approved

The approved amount is returned to the original payment method. Most banks post it within 5 to 10 business days, and some take longer. We may approve a partial rather than a full amount where that is the fair result. Free trial days, free Pro months and referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be refunded or paid out. If a refund is issued for a payment that earned a referral reward, that reward is reversed. We will confirm the decision by email.

Your access after a refund

A refund does not cut off access immediately. Pro continues until the end of the period already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. Your records stay in your account: on the Free plan you can still view them and download everything. Deleting your account ends access at once and is not a refund.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play

If you bought Pro through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the charge was collected by Apple or Google, and refunds for those purchases are decided by them under their own policies, not by us. Ask Apple or Google support to review the charge. We are glad to help confirm your subscription status or answer questions about the app itself.

Bank disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first; a refund request is normally faster and simpler for both of us. Opening a dispute with your bank does not guarantee a refund, and we may close an open refund request while the bank decides. A chargeback that is resolved in our favor can end the subscription early and cancels any referral reward attached to that payment.

Taxes

Where sales tax or a similar tax was collected on your payment, it is refunded with the charge whenever the charge itself is refunded.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published at this address, and the date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. The version in force on the date you send your request is the one we apply to it.
