Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Everyday Workings, LLC ("we", "us") covering your use of the Body Ledger: Peptide, TRT, and Supplement Tracker app and website (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the App.

For research and educational purposes only

The App is a calculation and record-keeping tool provided for research and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition.

Not medical advice

Everyday Workings, LLC is not a healthcare provider, and using the App does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient or any other professional relationship. Nothing in the App, including calculations, the peptide library, schedules, reminders, AI summaries or reports, is medical, dosing or treatment advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, changing or stopping any substance, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in the App.

Your responsibility for accuracy

Results depend entirely on the information you enter and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for checking every amount, unit and schedule against your clinician's instructions and the product label before measuring or using anything. Do not rely on the App as your only source of information.

AI features

Label reading, protocol import and record questions use artificial intelligence that can misread, omit or misstate information. AI output is not advice. Review every result yourself before relying on it or saving it.

No endorsement; legal compliance

Listing a substance in the App is not an endorsement and does not mean it is safe, legal, or approved for human use by the FDA or any other authority. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws on buying, possessing and using any substance.

Informational tool only

Body Ledger is an informational tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare provider. You are solely responsible for verifying all measurements, doses and schedules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Workings, LLC is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the app or its calculations.

Published schedules and pen information

Ready-made schedules and pen details in the App are copied from public sources, such as US prescribing labels and published research studies, and each one names its source. They are provided for reference only, may be out of date or contain errors, and are not a recommendation for you. Schedules marked investigational come from research studies and are not approved doses. Confirm any schedule with your prescriber before using it.

Not for emergencies

The App is not an emergency service. If you have an adverse reaction or medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. If you think you have taken too much of something, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. Reminders, alerts, widgets and syncing may fail, be delayed or be inaccurate; do not depend on them for anything critical.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your login details, PIN and device secure and for all activity under your account. You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit it only to operate the App for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time.

Subscriptions, free trial and billing

Some features require a paid Pro subscription, currently US $5 per month or US $50 per year plus any applicable tax. New subscribers may get a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends and at the start of each renewal period until you cancel. We will remind you by email and in the App about 2 days before the first charge. You can cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription (or, for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in that store's subscription settings); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with advance notice before your next renewal. Without Pro you can still view and download your records.

Referral program

You can invite friends with your personal invite link or code. When an invited friend who is new to Body Ledger makes their first successful Pro payment, you and your friend each receive one month of Pro, applied as a credit to your next bill or, if you are not subscribed, as 30 days of free Pro. Each email address and payment card can be referred only once; self-referrals, duplicate accounts and other abuse are not rewarded. Refunds or chargebacks within 30 days cancel the reward. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and we may change or end the program at any time.

Shared foods

You can choose to share a food you entered so other members can find it. Only share nutrition information you believe is accurate, such as values copied from the package label. Shared foods come from members, are not checked by us, and may be wrong; check them against the label before relying on them. Members can report foods they believe are inaccurate. We may flag, change visibility of or remove any shared food, contact you about foods you shared, and suspend or permanently block your ability to share foods if you add inaccurate, misleading or abusive information. A block affects only sharing; you can still log and save your own foods.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, including by attempting to access other users' data, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it except where the law allows, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERYDAY WORKINGS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, HEALTH OUTCOME, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Everyday Workings, LLC and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

Disputes and arbitration

Please contact us first at Stefan@EverydayWorkings.com so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Any dispute that is not resolved within 60 days will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Pinellas County, Florida or remotely. YOU AND WE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead. You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration section, courts located in Pinellas County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.

App stores

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google, who have no responsibility for the App or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; if the changes are material we will ask you to accept them again in the App. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity and disputes) survive termination.
